Somnea Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of every tank we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you make it rightβ€”no drama, no runaround.


Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, in original packaging
  • Tags attached
  • In the same condition you received it

We do not accept returns for items marked β€œFinal Sale,” packages still in transit/β€œshipped,” products showing wear/wash/odor, or items sent back without prior authorization.

Β Domestic Returns (Inside U.S) Steps:

  1. Email support@shopsomnea.com with your order number and reason.
  2. A $15 processing fee (return handling fee) is deducted from your refund.
  3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days of receiving your return.

International Returns (Outside U.S.)

  • Return within 30 days of delivery.
  • You are responsible for shipping the item back to our U.S. return address.
  • After inspection, we refund the product amount minus a $15 restocking fee.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Β Domestic Returns (Inside U.S)

  • Once received, we ship your replacement tank free.
  • A $15 processing fee (same as returns) covers the return label and handlingβ€”no extra charge for the outbound replacement.

International (Outside U.S.)

  • You cover your return label to our U.S. address.
  • An exchange re-ship fee applies to cover international reshipping:
    • 1–3 pcs β†’ $17
    • 4–6 pcs β†’ $27
    • 7–9 pcs β†’ $37
  • Option: keep your original item and pay the exchange fee to receive the new size/color shipped directly from our factory.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@shopsomnea.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it at no cost.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund is issued within 7–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact support@shopsomnea.com.

We reserve the right to refuse returns showing wear, wash, or damage outside of transit. All return/exchange requests must be approved before sending anything back.
