Somnea Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of every tank we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no drama, no runaround.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To qualify, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition you received it.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
  • Items showing wear, wash, or odor
  • Items sent back without prior authorization
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email support@shopsomnea.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without approval.

Domestic Returns (U.S.)

A $15 processing fee is deducted from your refund to cover return handling. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.

International Returns (Outside U.S.)

You are responsible for return shipping to our U.S. address. After inspection, we refund the product amount minus a $15 restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Domestic (U.S.): Once your return is received, we ship your replacement free. A $15 processing fee applies (same as returns) — no extra charge for the outbound replacement.

International: You cover return shipping to our U.S. address. An exchange re-ship fee applies:

  • 1–3 pcs → $17
  • 4–6 pcs → $27
  • 7–9 pcs → $37

Alternatively, keep your original item and pay only the re-ship fee to receive the new size or color directly from our factory.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Email support@shopsomnea.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it at no cost.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund is issued within 7–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@shopsomnea.com.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
